Screening 101

Many of you are accustomed to screening. If you are familiar with screening please skip ahead to fill out the form. For those of you who are new to screening please read on. I require at least two of the following:

Provider reference

The email and website/ad for an active provider you've seen within the last six months.

Identity Verification

A separate email including a photo of your government ID with your name, birthday and picture (everything else can be blocked out.)

Employment verification

I accept endorsed Linkedin profiles. Send me a link to your profile, and to verify you will receive a message from me (which you will reply to.) I also accept work websites.

Screening is a one time process, if our booking goes well then seeing me again will only be a matter of when and where. Try your best to fill out all that applies to you, and if you have any questions you may write them in the message section or email me directly. I can assure that all information shared with me is kept discreet and private; if you can not trust me with your personal info then I can not trust you with my personal safety. By submitting a booking request you are agreeing to my cancellation and deposit policies. All money exchanged is for legal adult personal services, modeling and/or for time and companionship.
